About Me
With over 15 years of experience working with children, teens, and families, I went on to earn my Master’s Degree in Mental Health and become a therapist. Both my professional and personal experiences have shaped my ability to support clients through a wide range of challenges. I offer a personalized approach that integrates mindfulness, parts work, and depth therapy to help initiate meaningful change. It’s an honor to guide clients inward, helping them connect more deeply with who they truly are.
